Countries such as the UK, USA, Germany, have some of the highest treatment costs in the world.  What has happened within developed countries is that they have developed a level of expertise. 

Many of their doctors have come to western countries to train and because of the low building costs, the low cost of land, the low cost of equipment and staff costs in these countries you can make savings of anything of up to seventy to eighty per cent 70 to 80 % by travelling for treatment.
