Surgery in Estonia : Typical treatment costs

Surgery and consultations are available at sixty to seventy percent lower than in the UK and joint replacement surgery and anthroscopy (hands, elbows, wrists, shoulders etc) are very reasonably priced:  A hip or knee operation will cost around £2,500 in Estonia, compared with the UK where it will typically cost around £8,000.  Equally, the bill for a total knee replacement will be £2,700.
